Fontinella

A unique cheese, Stella’s Fontinella cheese is delicately sweet and creamy smooth, with just a hint of sharpness.  The name comes from the Italian word, fondere, which means melt.  As expected, Fontinella cheese melts beautifully in sauces, casseroles, and grilled cheese sandwiches.
