Flat Rate Shipping
We offer $9.75 flat rate shipping for all orders (unless eligible for free shipping - see more below). Flat rate shipping applies to contiguous US only*.

There is a flat rate shipping cost of $30 to Hawaii and Alaska.
Free Shipping Offer
We offer free shipping on order over $49 to select states. The following conditions apply:
- Offer applies only when shipping to areas within our 1-2 day ground transit zone. Please see shipping zone map below for included areas - bright pink and light blue areas qualify for free shipping for orders over $49.
- Order must be over $49 after any applicable discounts.
- Order cannot be split up between separate addresses - must be over $49 to a single address.
- We offer nationwide free shipping on gift baskets $49+. Shop these items here.

Processing / Shipping Time
Our business days are Monday - Friday, excluding any federal holidays within the United States.
Summer Shipping
During the warm summer months, we do not ship over the weekend due to the perishable nature of our products. Summer orders will be shipped Monday-Wednesday, and any summer orders placed Wednesday after 1pm CT will ship the following Monday.
Holiday Shipping
During the holidays, orders are shipped in the order they are received. Please note we may have a 2-3 day processing time depending on order volumes. Orders are always shipped out as quickly as possible. Most cheeses can last quite a long time in refrigeration, so we recommend ordering early if needed for an event.
Shipping Method
We ship packages via FedEx and UPS. Since our product is perishable, we prefer to ship to a physical address rather than a PO Box. We will only use USPS if a PO Box shipping address is provided. Once an order is shipped, you will be e-mailed a tracking number to track your package. We insulate and ship our cheese with frozen gel packs to prevent spoilage.
PO Boxes
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we strongly advise against shipping to PO Boxes.
International Orders / APO / FPO:
We ship a perishable product that is not suited for long transit times; therefore, due to increased customs delays in other countries and extended transit times, we are no longer able to offer international shipping or delivery to APOs, FPOs, or Dulles, VA addresses. Thank you for your understanding.
Correct Address Guarantee
We guarantee shipment to the address provided. Please check to make sure that your billing address and any shipping addresses you have entered are correct. Incorrect shipping addresses result in delayed deliveries, and ultimately, the product perishes. If you provide us with an incorrect address, we will correct the address as required, reship the package, and charge you accordingly. BE 100% SURE THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT.
In addition, please ensure that your recipient will not be out of town at the time of delivery. While we do not require a signature at the time of delivery, we are not responsible for packages that are left unattended if the recipient is not home.

Payment Information
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Paypal for online orders. We do not accept orders via mail. Please DO NOT mail cash, checks, or money orders.
Product Availability Notice
Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock. We are usually able to replenish items within 3-4 days, but longer delays may occur. If an acceptable substitute is available, we will notify you via e-mail to arrange for either a substitution or refund of the out of stock item. If no substitute is available, we will refund the out of stock item and ship the remaining items.
Order Minimum
We require a $20 minimum in product to place an order. This price does not include shipping.
Order Problems
Unfortunately, errors do happen. If you discover anything is wrong with your order (damaged, missing, or incorrect item; billing issues, or anything else), please e-mail us. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your package. After 30 days we will not replace or resend merchandise, or issue refunds. When contacting about an order problem, please have your order number ready.
Returns
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable products.
Holiday Delivery
Ground Shipping
Orders received by 9am CT on Tuesday of the week prior to Christmas can ship ground and arrive before Christmas.
Orders received by 9am on Thursday of the week prior to Christmas can ship ground and arrive before Christmas if they are in are two day zone (aqua color in the shipping map above). Orders shipped via FedEx 2 day air and received by 9am on Wednesday of the week prior to Christmas will arrive before Christmas.
