Liederkranz returns thanks to Chalet Cheese! Originally created in 1889 by Emil Frey, Liederkranz is a soft-ripened cheese with a creamy texture and buttery mild flavor. Liederkranz has a pleasantly strong aroma and full-bodied flavor, similar to Limburger cheese. Chalet Cheese is excited to bring this favorite back to the market.  Made only by Chalet Cheese in Monroe, Wisconsin  - the last Limburger cheese plant in the United States.
