The Wisconsin Artisan Award Winners Board includes:

• Mild: Young Gouda by Marieke Gouda – This Young Gouda is mild and creamy, aged for only 2-4 months. Because of its young age, this Gouda cheese is semi soft with a creamy mouth feel. Young Gouda won Best in class & 3rd place at the 2024 World Cheese Championship
• Earthy: Pleasant Ridge Reserve – Farmstead cheese with rich, hearty, and complex layers of caramel and nuts, with a hint of tart fruitiness. Best of Show from the American Cheese Society and has also won the US Champion as best cheese (8oz)
• Smoky: Apple Smoked Cheddar – Paprika rubbed and lightly apple smoked for a pleasant, sweet, smoky flavor (8oz)
